This is a big-sized 4-axis broom tufting machine, making red fan-shaped brooms with 180mm filaments, while our other standardized machines only process 120mm filaments.
Normally, operator just need use a 3-axis machine to make fan-shaped brooms, however, this customer made two broom models: both fan-shaped brooms and flat brooms, that's why he selected a 4-axis machine.
Its tufting method is anchor-type (flat-wire), suitable for making brooms and ceiling-cleaning brushes with flat, curved or fan-shaped surfaces.
