This is a CNC 4-axis broom making machine with two tufting-heads, the maximum length of broom filaments (outside holes) processed is 260mm. A machine in other size could be customized.
The broom filaments are too long (260mm), thus the tufting speed is not so fast. Normally its daily production speed is around 1.5 holes per second. And, as a 4-axis machine, the broom filaments are tufted tilting at different angles.
As a machine with two tufting-heads, it requires that the operator should have rich experience in adjusting the spare parts inside tufting-pole, thus we don't suggest this 2-head machine to a new hand.
