This is a large-sized 3-axis 3-head roller brush making machine with a really long worktable, it's our latest model made in July 2017.
It's equipped with two drilling-heads and a tufting-head, which drills holes and tufts filaments synchronously, used to make those very big and long industrial roller brushes. The maximum length of plastic roller piece allowed is 1500mm (1.5m); the maximum diameter of plastic roller piece (without filaments) allowed is 200mm. A machine in other size range could be customized.
