This is a CNC 4-axis round toilet brush tufting machine of the latest style! After finishing a brush, the gripper automatically pushes the brush out! With servo motors, the fastest tufting speed is 6 holes per second.
Please note that it's a tufting machine only, without function of drilling holes, thus the plastic toilet brush pieces should be already molded with holes in advance. If your original plastic toilet brush pieces are molded without holes, a 5-axis 3-head toilet brush making machine might be your top choice, which drills holes and tufts filaments synchronously.
