This CNC 2-axis 5-head wood brush making machine is equipped with three drilling-heads and two tufting-heads, it drills holes and fills holes with filaments synchronously, which brings high working efficiency. Most manufacturers use it to produce wood shoe brushes and other small cleaning brushes with flat surfaces.
As a 2-axis machine, please kindly note that all the holes are made vertical at 90 degrees only, they can't be tilting at different angles. If you need produce wood brushes with holes tilting at different angles, a 5-axis 5-head machine or a 5-axis 3-head wood broom making machine is recommended.
