1) This 2-axis 5-head machine WXD-2A5H02 is our latest model, made in August 2017! It's equipped with three drilling-heads and two tufting-heads, with six grippers holding totally 24 small scrub brushes on worktable, and it finishes 8 scrub brushes within a working cycle.

2) If your flat plastic brush pieces are moulded without holes, or if you plan to make wood brushes, this WXD-2A5H02 could be your top choice, it's suitable for making almost all kinds of flat brushes, such as plastic scrub brushes, wood shoe brushes, snow-cleaning brushes, as long as the processed area is not bigger than 400mm (Length) x 100mm (Width).

3) As a 2-axis machine, please note that all the holes and filaments are made vertical at 90 degrees only, they can't tilt at different angles. However, if you want to make brushes with filaments tilting at different angles, a 5-axis 3-head machine is recommended. 

4) Furthermore, as a machine with two tufting-heads, it also requires that the operator should have rich experience in adjusting spare parts of tufting machine. If the operator is just a new hand, we don't suggest ordering this machine; but if the operator is a technician who has accumulated years' experience in mechanical parts, this 2-axis 5-head machine is strongly recommended.

Maintenance of 2-Axis 5-Head Flat Brush Drilling And Tufting Machine WXD-2A5H02

1) Operator should often add lubrication oil to the working parts of this 2-axis 5-head brush making machine, so as to decrease abrasion.

2) Operator should regularly check each part to see whether there is a loose screw, and please make sure to tighten it, if he finds a loose one.

3) Please keep guide rails and ballscrews clean, and make sure that there is no scrap sticking on them, so as not to decrease the precision.

4) Be sure that the electric box works under ventilative conditions; do not put this 5-head brush machine under humid or high-temperature conditions; do not shake the electric box.

5) Please keep electric box far away from magnetic field, otherwise it will be probably out of control.

6) Be sure that all cables connect correctly. Red, blue and yellow cables connect with three-phase 380V wires, green cable connects with neutral wire, yellow-green cable connects with earth wire. Plugs are numbered as "1, 2, 3, 4 , 5", "1, 2, 3" are for 3-phase 380V wires, "4" is for neutral wire, "5" is for earth wire.

7) The working voltage should be stable, around AC380±10V; over-voltage will probably cause the ruin of electronics.

8) Do not knock at the touchable screen with hard articles, otherwise it'll decrease its sensibility or even break the screen. Do not drag wires rudely, either.

9) Please note that there is high-voltage electricity inside electric box. If it is out of order, only professional technicians are allowed to check and dismantle it. Non-professionals are prohibited to dismantle it, so as to avoid getting an electric shock and the ruin of data.
