What Is "Origin" In The Program?

Dear customers, it means the origin of the coordinate, it's the position of "0" on the coordinate.

For all our brush machines, no matter it's a 2-axis, 3-axis, 4-axis or 5-axis machine, all the axes work according to a standardized position -- "Origin(0)" of the coordinate! Basing on "Origin (0)", all the program data is thus calculated precisely.

Under these situations, operator should press "Origin":

1) After turning on the computer;

2) Before using "Work" mode;

3) Before setting up a new program under "Teach" mode;

4) Before changing data under "Modify" mode;

5) After changing data under "Modify" mode

6) After finishing working.

Important Notice:

Before operator presses "Origin", it's very important that he must check whether the tufting-pole is at the highest position. Operator is allowed to press "Origin", only on condition that the tufting-pole is at the highest position! When the tufting-pole is at half-high or low position, it's not allowed to press "Origin", so as to avoid a possible crash. It's demonstrated as below.
